Projects/Retreats

While coaching is highly flexible and highly productive, it is not the right tool for every business need. Sometimes it takes a focused project to implement solutions or bring about desired results. Other times it takes an extended meeting or facilitated retreat with members of your team to plan and work on solutions.

We work with clients on a variety of organizational and management solutions in the areas of People, Process, Strategy, and Structure. We roll up our sleeves and perform the project work with them or do it all ourselves as an outsourced solution at the client’s request.

Interim Executive/Board Roles

Sometimes you just need someone at an executive level to perform one or more functions for your business on a short term basis, not as an outside consultant but as an inside leader with authority to get things done for you. Members of our team can serve clients in specific roles (like interim President) and floating roles, like a “utility player” in baseball who can play any of a number of positions on your leadership team.

Members of our team also serve as board members for clients and other organizations.
